Here’s a blond Rachel Bilson on the set of her new movie “New York, I Love You”. I’m totally digging the new look, but then again I’m biased; Rachel could have a mohawk and I’d still gladly be seen with her at the Olive Garden. But that old looking navy blue granny jacket has to go. Yes, I’m picky that way.
